In Fran’s own words: “I always wanted to go into a career that involved helping others. My childhood was not the best, but from that my passion grew to help others to make it a better place for future generations. I want to help others find that strength within themselves. I always thought that technology was only meant for smart people. Through Stacks+Joules, I have realized that I am capable of learning technology and I can also bring confidence to those who doubt themselves, just like I did. I have hope that there will be more diversity and inclusivity in the building automation industry.”
