Coming from a long line of educators, Michelle Pletch began her career in instructional design after an 11-year career in public education. Working at a Title 1 school for several years, she recognized a need for a change in educational materials to provide learners of all ages and abilities with high-quality learning experiences. When she transitioned to the instructional design field, she made it her goal to build engaging, accessible, and inclusive courses for all learners that will enable each learner or organization to reach their individual and company-wide goals.
