Adewale's career at GRID Alternatives began in Los Angeles in 2010. Over the last decade-plus, he has successfully made the transition into clean energy. Today he leads workforce development efforts GRID-wide as the Vice President of Workforce Development. At the national level, he is very heavily involved in GRID's efforts around equity, diversity, and inclusion, and is committed to ensuring that clean energy technologies and green career opportunities are accessible to everyone!
