Vaughan Woodruff is an educator, entrepreneur, and policy wonk. He was the founder and CEO of Insource Renewables, an employee-owned B Corp and NABCEP-accredited PV installation company. Following Insource’s 2022 merger with another employee-owned B Corp — ReVision Energy — Vaughan took a lead role in ReVision’s workforce development efforts, including the oversight and development of several renewable energy apprenticeships. He currently serves on the State Workforce Board in Maine; was the former lead instructor for the Northeast region of the Solar Instructor Training Network; has published technical material with NABCEP, Home Power, and SolarPro; and is a proud dad and stepdad.
